About Blue Leaf Technologies
Blue Leaf Technologies is a management consulting and information technology firm built to help federal agencies modernize with confidence. We bring together engineers and consultants who pair deep technical skill with strong business insight — and we measure our work by the missions it advances.
Mission
Deliver transformative technology and consulting to federal agencies — enabling mission success through modern engineering, trusted data, and disciplined execution.
Vision
To be the partner federal agencies trust first when the mission depends on getting technology right.
Values
Mission first
The agency’s outcome outranks everything else.
Candor
Straight answers, even when they’re inconvenient.
Craft
Engineering done properly, not just quickly.
Accountability
We own the result, not just the task.
Stewardship
We treat public resources as a trust.
What sets us apart
Operators, not bystanders
Big firms bring scale; most small firms bring a single skill. Blue Leaf brings both depth and breadth in a team small enough to stay accountable. We combine engineering and consulting under one roof, design for security and compliance from the start, and transfer knowledge so your people are stronger when we leave. You get senior attention on every engagement — not a pyramid of juniors.
- Depth and breadth, one team
- Engineering and consulting under a single roof — no handoffs between strategy and delivery.
- Secure and compliant by design
- FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and CMMC-ready practices built in from day one.
- Senior attention, always
- You work with experienced operators on every engagement, not a pyramid of juniors.
- Built to transfer
- We leave your people and systems stronger and self-sufficient, not dependent on us.
Leadership

Jogjit (Joe) Sandhu
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jogjit Sandhu has spent more than 25 years leading complex technology transformation programs across enterprise software, energy, and government. Throughout his career, he has focused on a simple challenge: turning technology investments into measurable business and mission outcomes.
Having led large-scale initiatives inside some of the world’s most demanding organizations, Jogjit has seen firsthand why many modernization efforts fail. New technologies are introduced, but underlying processes remain unchanged. Pilots demonstrate promise but never scale. Momentum fades once implementation ends.
He founded Blue Leaf Technologies to address that gap. The firm was built on the belief that technology should create lasting capability, not temporary improvement. Blue Leaf partners with federal agencies and organizations to deliver practical modernization, operational excellence, and sustainable results.
Prior to founding Blue Leaf, Jogjit held leadership and delivery roles with Computer Associates, ExxonMobil, and Mobil Oil, where he led technology programs across global organizations and complex operating environments.
Jogjit holds a Master of Science degree from George Washington University.
